The Telangana Backward Classes Commission will conduct a second round of public hearings in the districts from 18th to 26th of this month. As part of study on the status of Socially and Educationally backward classes in the state, the commission is inviting representations, and suggestions from the public and caste organizations. As part of this, the commission has decided to conduct public hearings in the old joint district centers. However, the Commission has already visited Adilabad, Nizamabad, Sangareddy, Karimnagar and Hanmakonda in the first round from October 28 to November 2, and the latest is that the commission will conduct public hearings in the remaining 5 erstwhile district headquarters from 18th to 26th of this month. These programs will be held in Nalgonda on the 18th, Khammam on the 19th, Rangareddy on the 21st, Mahabubnagar on the 22nd and Hyderabad on the 23rd. Those who are unable to attend the public hearings held at the district headquarters may attend the public hearings to be held at the Commission office in Khairatabad on 25th and 26th of this month. In addition, those who are unable to attend the public hearings in person may send their representations by post to the Commission office in Khairatabad by 5 pm on 26th of this month. The Commission appeals to all the people to avail this opportunity.
