Warangal, July 3,2025:
Telangana State Cooperative Apex Bank Chairman Marneni Ravinder Rao has urged officials to work towards achieving a turnover target of ₹2,500 crore. He was addressing a meeting of bank managers held at the Warangal District Cooperative Central Bank (DCCB) head office.
Ravinder Rao said that special focus should be given to recovering overdue loans and added that all assigned targets must be completed within the given time. He instructed the CEO to take necessary action if there is no improvement in individual performance in monthly reviews.
He emphasized that loans given through cooperative societies must be legally secured and recovered to strengthen those societies. Managers were also directed to recover non-performing assets (NPAs) as per IRAC norms by March 31, 2025.
Ravinder Rao also suggested that regular meetings be held with account holders to gather feedback and improve customer service. He directed officials to spread awareness about the One-Time Settlement (OTS) scheme offered for Joint Liability Groups and petty traders and recover dues wherever possible.

He set a goal for the bank to achieve the second position at the state level in this financial year and stressed that all RBI and NABARD guidelines must be followed strictly. He asked staff to prepare thoroughly for the upcoming NABARD inspection and aim to secure an ‘A’ category rating.
On this occasion, employees of the united Warangal DCCB felicitated Ravinder Rao with a shawl in appreciation of the recent wage revision for bank staff.
The meeting was attended by CEO Wazir Sultan, GM Padmavati, DGM Ashok, AGMs Madhu, Gottam Sravanthi, Boda Raju, Gampa Sravanthi, Krishna Mohan, DRO OSD Vijayakumari, and several other bank managers from various departments.
