Warangal, Telangana, March 19, 2026: On the auspicious occasion of Ugadi, marking the Telugu New Year, Warangal-born technology leader Avinash Puli officially launched BotsIn LLC, an Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) firm headquartered in Indianapolis.
The launch event was attended by senior leaders including former Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana Kadiyam Srihari and Retired College Teachers Association of Telangana (RCTAT) President Puli Sarangapani, lending prominence to the occasion.
During the event, Srihari reviewed a live demonstration of a BotsIn AI agent on a laptop. The demonstration showcased how complex organizational challenges could be resolved within minutes using artificial intelligence. He appreciated the initiative and expressed optimism about the role of advanced technologies in benefiting communities across Telangana and India.
A notable moment during the Ugadi visit unfolded at the RCTAT Warangal office. Secretary Malla Reddy presented a longstanding administrative challenge involving verification of pension records. In response, Avinash conducted a live AI demonstration that transformed what was expected to be a 10-day manual task into a solution completed in under one hour. The AI system efficiently matched hundreds of member names from government documents despite inconsistencies in formatting, delivering the solution as a Ugadi gift to the association.
Avinash Puli, who hails from Warangal, has over 12 years of experience in technology and finance transformation at a Fortune 100 company in the United States. With the launch of BotsIn LLC, he aims to bring enterprise-level AI and automation solutions to organizations of all sizes, from multinational corporations to grassroots non-profit institutions.
