The Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) KITSW student chapter, in collaboration with the Technical Club, Student Activity Center (SAC), and all departments, recently launched the poster for the upcoming national-level student technical symposium, "SUMSHODHINI'23," at KITS Warangal campus. Principal Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy, along with the Station House Officer, Musugu Abbaiah, unveiled the poster during the event, emphasizing the significance of this symposium in fostering interdisciplinary engineering skills and leadership among students.
Scheduled for February 2-3, 2023, "SUMSHODHINI'23" will feature workshops conducted by various engineering departments, including Computer Science and Engineering-Network, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics Communication and Instrumentation Engineering, Information Technology, and MBA. The theme, "Nexus of Innovation Igniting Minds," reflects the quest for innovation in these diverse fields.
The fest will host workshops such as DevOps, Autodesk 3DS Max, Chargeup for the Future, Android-based Robotics, Open AI API Integration, Advancing Home Intelligence, Design of PCB, Ethical Hacking, and an additional workshop on Development of Projects using Treasure Hunt and Project Expo. Exciting cash prizes, with a maximum of Rs. 50,000, await the best innovative research paper presentations.
Sumshodhini fest will encompass common activities like paper presentations and over 50 technical events across various branches. Prof. V. Shankar, the fest convenor, and Dean of Student Affairs, encourages interested students to register through the official website and submit their technical papers by January 20, 2024, following the IEEE paper format.
The event witnessed the presence of key figures, including deans, heads, ISTE KITSW chapter chairman, SUMSHODHINI'23 coordinator Dr. H. Ramesh Babu, and faculty members, as well as the participation of enthusiastic students.
