In a significant announcement, Minister for Information, Revenue, Housing, and District In charge Minister, Ponguleti Sreenivas Reddy, declared substantial funds earmarked for the comprehensive development of the erstwhile combined Warangal District.

Expressing his dissatisfaction with the previous administration's handling of Warangal's development, Minister Sreenivas criticized the BRs ruling, asserting that the past government failed to fulfill its promises of transforming Warangal despite repeated assurances.

On Saturday, Minister Sreenivas, along with fellow ministers Konda Surekha and Dhanasari Anasurya Seethakka, along with other MLAs, conducted a thorough review of the development programs for the Combined Warangal District at the Collect orate campus.

Addressing the media after the meeting, Minister Sreenivas expressed his disapproval of the schemes initiated by the previous BRs government, alleging that they were designed to serve their selfish interests rather than benefiting the people. He vowed to scrutinize and streamline all schemes after a meticulous inspection, emphasizing that the applications received during the Prajapalana program would undergo computerization for efficient implementation.

Accelerating Progress: Kaloji Kalakshetram Works to be Completed Promptly

Minister Sreenivas announced a swift resolution to the long-standing delay in completing the Kaloji Kalakshetram works, pending for the last ten years. He questioned the inordinate delay in these works, highlighting the stark contrast with the speedy completion of Pragati Bhavan projects in just eight months.

Reassessing Irrigation: Minister Questions the Efficacy of Previous Projects

Expressing concern, Minister Sreenivas criticized the irrigation projects initiated by the previous BRs government, branding them as ineffective and a waste of public funds. He voiced his displeasure, stating that these projects failed to deliver the anticipated benefits to the public.

Rs 105 Crores Allocated to Medaram Jatara

Minister for Panchayat Raj, Dhanasari Seethakka, disclosed that an impressive sum of Rs 105 crores has been allocated to the Medaram Jatara scheduled for the month of February. This allocation follows an initial sanction of 75 crores, with an additional 30 crores provided subsequently.
