Seven KITS Warangal Students Placed in Egen MNC with 7 LPA Package

Warangal:
Seven B.Tech final year students of Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science (KITS), Warangal, have been selected by global technology services company Egen (Egen Solutions) with an annual package of ₹7 lakh per annum (LPA) during the campus placement drive held at the KITS Warangal campus.

The Training and Placement Office (TPO), KITS Warangal, organized the campus recruitment drive at the Silver Jubilee Seminar Hall, said Principal Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy. The selected students are from circuit branches including CSE and CSN and have been offered positions as Software Engineers.
For the academic year 2025–26, a total of 324 students from 10 branches including Civil, Mechanical, ECE, IT, EE and ECI have been placed so far through on-campus recruitment drives, he added.
On this occasion, former Rajya Sabha MP and Chairman of KITS Warangal, Capt. V. Lakshmikantha Rao, Treasurer Shri P. Narayana Reddy, former MLA and Additional Secretary Shri Vodithala Satish Kumar, along with Principal Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy, congratulated the selected students.
Dean of Training and Placements Prof. Y. Purandar stated that Egen is a global technology services company focusing on cloud computing, data engineering, analytics, artificial intelligence and platform engineering, with offices in the US, Canada, Europe and India. He added that several multinational companies have agreed to conduct campus placements at KITS Warangal this academic year with attractive salary packages.
Senior faculty members including Dr. P. Niranjan (CSE HOD), Dr. V. Shankar (CSN HOD), Corporate Relations Manager E. Kiran Kumar, TPO Dr. T. Chandrabai, and Soft Skills trainers also congratulated the students on their achievement.
