Warangal: The Department of Computer Science and Engineering–Networks (CSN) of Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science (KITS) Warangal signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CyberWallNet Private Limited, Hyderabad, at the KITSW campus on Saturday, August 22, 2026.
The MoU was signed by KITS Warangal Principal Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy and CyberWallNet Founder and CEO Mr. Prasad Paalepu. The agreement aims to strengthen industry-academia collaboration and provide students with practical, industry-oriented cybersecurity learning.
Under the MoU, students will have access to CyberWallNet’s cybersecurity platform and laboratories, along with opportunities for industry-based projects, internships and capstone projects. The two organisations will also explore joint research, innovation, R&D activities and collaborative projects, including opportunities under government and institutional funding schemes.
According to Mr. Prasad Paalepu, the initiative will support the B.Tech curriculum at KITS Warangal and help students develop practical cybersecurity skills relevant to industry requirements.
Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy thanked CyberWallNet for the initiative and said the collaboration would provide students with opportunities to gain practical knowledge and improve their employability.
