Raj Bhavan Renamed as “Lok Bhavan, Telangana”

New Title Comes Into Immediate Official Use

The official residence of the Governor of Telangana, earlier known as “Raj Bhavan, Telangana,” has been officially renamed as “Lok Bhavan, Telangana.”
According to a formal communication from the government, the change has been made to underline the strength, spirit, and vibrancy of India’s democratic values as the nation moves confidently toward the vision of Viksit Bharat.
The new title—Lok Bhavan, Telangana—will take effect immediately and will be used henceforth in all official documents, communications, references, and government records.
Officials stated that the renaming reflects the government’s intention to represent the people-centric character of democratic institutions.
