Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science Warangal organizing Faculty Induction Program (FIP) on "One Week Induction Program for Newly Recruited Faculty" held at IBM lab, CSED, Block-2 KITS Warangal Campus.
It was successfully organized for one week from July 9th to 13th, 2024.
On this occasion the chief guest, Professor of EEE and KITSW Controller of Examinations(COE), Prof. V. Rajagopal highlighted that the main objective of FIP is successfully fulfilled for the integration of newly joined faculty into academics and administration. The participants have trained in the question paper setting, successful conduction of exams, skills involved in the management of students and overview of management, governance for holistic development.
The IQAC coordinator, Prof. C. Venkatesh gave the presidential remarks. The FIP is a useful platform to enhance the abilities in the field of hybrid mode of teaching and for research and innovation. He advised the participants to learn and to implement on focussed sessions.
In this regard the Rajya Sabha Former and KITSW Chairman Capt. V. Lakshmikantha Rao, Treasurer, P. Narayana Reddy & Husnabad constituency Former MLA & KITSW Additional secretary Vodithala Sateesh Kumar have congratulated and appreciated the IQAC for successful conduction of FIP for the benefit of new faculty.
In this program, all the deans, all the heads, Mechanical engineering department, Professors; Dr. K. Sridhar, Head, i2RE, Dr. K. Rajanarender Reddy & Dr. U S. Balraj, Senior assistant professor of EEE, Dr. P. Nagarjuna Reddy, Head, department of Physical Sciences & PRO Dr. D. Prabhakara Chary, Office superintendent, Venugopal Reddy, DTP operator, D. Ahsok and 64 faculty participants and staff were present.
