Bathukamma Celebrations Held at KITS Warangal 

Warangal: The Music Dance and Fine Arts (MDF) Club of the Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science, Warangal (KITSW), organized the Bathukamma celebrations at the campus playfields. The event, sponsored by Aisha Beauty Lounge, Hanamkonda, brought together students and faculty in a celebration of Telangana's traditional festival.

Principal Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy highlighted the importance of the event, stating that it symbolizes the vibrant colors of nature, unity, and the strength of womanhood, not only in Telangana but across the country. Students actively participated by bringing flowers and decorating Bathukamma, the floral arrangement central to the festival.

Former Rajya Sabha MP and KITSW Chairman Capt. V. Lakshmikantha Rao, along with Treasurer P. Narayana Reddy, and former Husnabad MLA and KITSW Additional Secretary Shri Vodithala Sateesh Kumar, congratulated the women faculty and students for organizing the event.
