Poster Launch for National Level Student Symposium "SUMSHODHINI'24" Held at KITS Warangal

The Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) KITSW student chapter, in collaboration with the Technical Club and Student Activity Center (SAC) at Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science, Warangal (KITSW), has announced the launch of its national-level student technical symposium, SUMSHODHINI'24. The event, scheduled to take place on October 18-19, 2024, will bring together students from various engineering disciplines to showcase their skills and innovations.

The symposium's poster was officially unveiled at a campus event by KITSW Principal, Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy, along with other faculty members. Prof. Reddy highlighted that this year's theme, *"Innovation Beyond Boundaries"*, aims to inspire students to explore advanced technical skills across interdisciplinary fields. He emphasized that SUMSHODHINI'24 will serve as a platform for students to develop leadership and communication abilities while engaging in various technical workshops and competitions.

The symposium will feature events organized by departments such as Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), and Information Technology (IT), among others. Students will have the opportunity to participate in workshops, technical paper presentations, and over 50 technical events. Notably, cash prizes totaling up to Rs. 1,00,000 will be awarded for the best innovative research papers.

The fest convenor and Dean student affairs Prof. M. Sreelatha said that  the students who are interested to participate in this program register through the website:www.sumshodhini.kitsw or kitsw.ac.in for more details and send the student technical papers through e-mail: sumshodhini@kitsw.ac.in. on or before 5th October, 2024.  The intimation of paper acceptance by  14th  October, 2024. and the research paper should be as per IEEE paper format.   

In this poster launching event, all the deans, all heads, chairman ISTE KITSW chapter  & Coordinator, SUMSHODHINI'24, Dr. T. Madhukar Reddy,  program Co-convenor & associate professor, M. Narasimha Rao, Co-coordinators as  Dr. S. Sunil Prathap Reddy and Dr. B. Vijay Kumar, Associate professor of Chemistry & PRO  Dr.D. Prabhakara Chary,  all the deans, all the HODs,  Faculty coordinators, student president for sumshodhini A. Abhicharan, technical club student general secretaries as V. Siddartha & Nishath Siltana,  120 students were present.
