CM Chandrababu Makes Key Announcements in Tirumala
Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu made significant announcements during his visit to Tirumala on Friday. Addressing the media, he declared the cancellation of land allocations for the Mumtaz Hotel and Devaloka projects. He firmly stated that the assets of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) would not be encroached upon under any circumstances. If any properties were occupied illegally, the government would reclaim them, he added.
In a landmark decision, CM Chandrababu also announced that Venkateswara temples would be constructed not just across India but also in foreign countries. He emphasized that only Hindus should be employed in the Tirumala temple, ensuring the sanctity of the shrine. Additionally, he assured that steps would be taken to prevent any drinking water shortages in Tirumala.
Visit on Grandson Devansh’s Birthday
The Chief Minister visited Tirumala on the occasion of his grandson Devansh’s birthday. To mark the event, he donated a significant amount to the temple and personally served food to devotees.
Upon his arrival at the temple's Mahadwaram (main entrance), he was given a grand welcome by TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu and the temple priests. Accompanying CM Chandrababu on this visit were his wife Nara Bhuvaneshwari, son Nara Lokesh, daughter-in-law Brahmani, and grandson Devansh.
