Faculty Upskilling Program on Emerging Technologies Held at KITS Warangal Campus
Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science, Warangal (KITSW) organised Faculty Upskilling Program on Emerging Technologies for the benefit of Engineering, physical sciences, MBA and Mathematics faculty members told by the principal Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy. It was conducted successfully by the office of the dean academic affairs.
On this occasion the Principal Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy has conducted the Valid, Reliable and Error free question paper setting for the need of present engineering 21st Century education, NEP-2020. He also highlighted the course item bank, exam-aligned tutorial sheets. These will play a key role for achieving placements and higher education. Critical goal of Outcome Based Education(OBE) is empowering students not just to pass exams but to succeed in the real world. Student centered learning and designing quality assessment is the core academic responsibility of the engineering faculty. Autonomy empowers students to become independent learners rather than passive recipients of information. The motivation leads to when learning, connects to real world skills and career paths. A Valid question paper will give reliability in evaluation. No randomness in evaluation, he concluded.

In this regard, the Former Rajya Sabha member and KITSW Chairman Capt. V. Lakshmikantha Rao, Treasurer, P.
