Ph.D Awarded to Hari Kumar Andem, Assistant Professor in MED, KITS Warangal
Hari Kumar Andem, Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering (ME) at Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science, Warangal (KITSW), has been awarded a Ph.D degree by Osmania University, Hyderabad announced by the Principal, Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy.
In a press note released, KITSW Principal Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy told that A. Hari Kumar had submitted his Ph.D. thesis titled “Develpment of Aluminium Composite Foam: Analytical ,Numerical and Experimental Characterization”. He did his research work under the supervision of Dr. P..Ramesh Babu, Senior Professor, MED, Osmania University, Hyderabad .
Hari Kumar has developed a complete systematic technique for fabricating and characterising the various properties of Aluminium composite foams, which have wide engineering applications in packaging, automotive, aerospace industry.
In this regard, the Former Rajya Sabha Member and KITSW Chairman Capt. V. Lakshmikantha Rao, Treasurer, . P. Narayana Reddy & former MLA Husnabad constituency & KITSW Additional secretary, Vodithala Satish Kumar & the Principal Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy has congratulated and appreciated him for doing more applicable real-world problems for the current industry needs.
