Warangal, January 22, 2024 : The Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science (KITS), Warangal, took a significant stride in fostering managerial skills as the Department of MBA organized a one-day workshop titled "Convert Potential Into Performance" at the Silver Jubilee Seminar Hall on the KITS Warangal campus.
The principal of KITSW, Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy, inaugurated the event and welcomed the chief guest, Corporate Trainer, and Visiting Professor, Prof Ramesh Vemuganti, who delivered an enlightening seminar to the students and faculty present.
Former Rajyasabha MP and KITSW Chairman, Capt. V. Lakshmikantha Rao, along with KITSW Treasurer, P. Narayana Reddy, and former MLA & KITSW Additional Secretary, Vodithala Sateesh Kumar, extended their congratulations to the Department of MBA for the successful organization of the workshop.
Addressing the gathering, Prof Ramesh Vemuganti shared insights on becoming global managers, emphasizing the significance of skills, knowledge, and discipline. He urged students to enhance their critical thinking, logical, interpersonal, and strategic skills for better opportunities in the global market.
"Today’s readers are tomorrow’s leaders," he asserted, highlighting the importance of continuous learning and adapting to change. . Vemuganti concluded with a powerful message, stating, "Experience brings wisdom. Today is the future of yesterday and the history of tomorrow."
Principal Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy delivered the presidential remarks, acknowledging the positive impact the workshop had on both students and faculty. He emphasized the need for clear documentation of the insights gained, ensuring a visionary approach to the institute's development.
Dr. V. Niveditha Reddy, Head of the Department of MBA, and Dr. D. Prabhakara Chary, Head of the Department of Physical Sciences and PRO, faculty of MBA, Dr. G. Rathnakar, Dr. P. Surender, Dr. Sunitha Chakravarthy, Dr. S. Sarika, Shashank, Dr. Jaipal, faculty and staff were present. along with deans, heads, and faculty members. Prof. Reddy expressed gratitude to all participants and encouraged them to continue their pursuit of knowledge.
