Telangana Women’s Commission Condemns Conduct of Commission Members
The Telangana Women’s Commission has expressed strong disapproval of the actions of six Commission members who tied a Rakhi to K.T. Rama Rao during his visit to the Commission's office today. K.T. Rama Rao had come to the office in response to a summons from the Commission.
The Chairman of the Telangana Women’s Commission, Sharada Nerella, emphasized that as members of the Commission, it is crucial to maintain impartiality and uphold the institution's integrity. She stated that any behavior that could cast doubt on the Commission's neutrality is unacceptable.
Sharada Nerella condemned the act, describing it as inappropriate and damaging to the dignity and impartiality expected of Commission members. She has instructed the Secretary of the Commission to issue notices to the involved members and to take further action as per the rules and regulations.
The Telangana Women’s Commission reaffirmed its commitment to justice and fairness, emphasizing the importance of maintaining seriousness and sensitivity in matters related to women's issues.
