Ph.D. Awarded to K Srimathi, Chemistry Faculty from Chaitanya (Deemed to be University) Hyderabad

K Srimathi, Chemistry Faculty has been awarded Ph.D. degree by the Chaitanya (Deemed to be University) Hyderabad said by the Registrar Prof. M. Ravinder, Chaitanya (Deemed to be University) Hyderabad.

In a press note here on Friday, Registrar said that K Srimathi, had submitted his Ph.D. thesis titled “DESIGN AND SYNTHESIS OF QUINOXALINE LINKED FIVE MEMBERED HETERO CYCLES AND THEIR BIOLOGICAL EVALUATION”. She did her research work under the able guidance of *Dr. B. Srinivas, Professor,* Department of Chemistry Chaitanya (Deemed to be University) Hyderabad.

We synthesized compounds were tested for their  invitro Anti cancer activity against three cancer cell lines, the activity results show that compounds shown more potent activity than the standard drug Erlotinib.

In this regard, Prof. Sundar Ram, Prof. Christopher Prof. B. Srinivas, Prof. Narsimha, Prof. Jagadish and her family members have congratulated and appreciated her on being awarded a Ph.D. degree.
