Gamepoint Opens Multi-Sport Center in Warangal, Inaugurated by Police Commissioner Ambar Kishor Jha

Warangal, November 5, 2024:Gamepoint, a technology-driven sports company, has launched its new multi-sport center in Warangal. The facility, inaugurated by Police Commissioner Ambar Kishor Jha, spans 16,000 square feet and offers high-quality sports options to promote fitness and active lifestyles for all ages in Warangal.


Speaking at the launch, Police Commissioner Jha emphasized the potential of the new center to inspire local youth to pursue sports and fitness. “With world-class facilities like those at Gamepoint, we hope to see renewed interest in sports, particularly among the younger generation. This center can play an important role in motivating people to focus on fitness and well-being,” he said.


Founded in 2016 in Hyderabad, Gamepoint is dedicated to making sports accessible across India. Co-Founders Aditya Reddy and Siddharth Reddy highlighted Warangal’s growing interest in fitness, explaining that this expansion aligns with their mission to bring quality sports infrastructure to communities beyond major cities. “Warangal is a natural choice due to its strong community interest in health and fitness. We aim to provide facilities that support a vibrant sports culture here,” said Siddharth Reddy.


**Facilities and Programs**



The Warangal center includes four indoor badminton courts, a multi-purpose turf for cricket and football, cricket nets with a bowling machine, and table tennis. Plans for adding a basketball court and swimming pool are also underway. Amenities include a players’ lounge, equipment rental, and changing rooms. 


Gamepoint Academy will offer professional coaching for kids aged 5 to 18, with certified instructors providing training in badminton and football. Classes will be held five days a week with flexible schedules.


Membership and Community Involvement




To accommodate different needs, Gamepoint offers monthly and quarterly memberships and a book-n-play feature via the Gamepoint App. The company also plans to engage with the community by hosting local tournaments and partnering with schools to encourage physical education.
