Two-Week Faculty Development Program on "Data Structures Through C" Concludes at Kits Warangal

Warangal: The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Networks - CSN) at Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science concluded a two-week offline Faculty Development Program (FDP) on "Data Structures Through C" at the Cisco Lab, Kits Warangal campus.

Principal Professor K. Ashok Reddy stated that the program was conducted from January 2 to 11, 2025. Dr. K. Veņu Madhav explained that the program aimed to enhance the teaching methods and subject knowledge of faculty from non-computer science streams regarding fundamental concepts in computer science and engineering. It equipped them with the latest technologies to effectively teach these concepts.



The program was attended by CSN Professor and Head Dr. V. Shankar, along with Dr. K. Veņu Madhav, Dean of Academic Affairs, FDP coordinators, CSN Assistant Professors Dr. B. Sri Dhar Murthy, Dr. B.V. Pranay Kumar, Dr. V. Chandrasekhar Rao, Dr. S. Venkatramulu, Dr. V. Swathi, Deans of various departments, Heads of various departments, Associate Professor of Chemistry & PRO Dr. D. Prabhakara Chari, and 40 engineering faculty and staff.

On this occasion, former Rajya Sabha member and Chairman of Kits Warangal, Captain V. Lakshmi Kantha Rao, Kits Warangal Treasurer P. Narayan Reddy, and former MLA of Husnabad constituency and Kits Additional Secretary V. Satish Kumar congratulated the Kits Warangal Networks faculty and coordinators for the successful completion of the two-week program.
