*KITSW Inaugurates Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Electric Mobility*
Warangal, Telangana — The Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science, Warangal (KITSW), through its Centre for Innovation, Incubation, and Research in Entrepreneurship (Ci2RE), in collaboration with FoundersLab and Adapt Motors, proudly inaugurated the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Sustainable Electric Mobility on 06 January 2025 held at KITS Warangal campus.
The inauguration was graced by Mr. Bharath, Managing Director of Adapt Motors, as the Chief Guest. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ashoka Reddy, Principal of KITSW, and Ms. Shakuntala Kasargada, CEO of FoundersLab, for their valuable presence and support in this initiative.
Dr. K. Raja Narendra Reddy, Head of Ci2RE, Dr. P. Srikanth, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, and Dr. Venkatesh from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering also honored the occasion with their presence.
The CoE in Sustainable Electric Mobility is a pioneering initiative aimed at equipping students with industry-relevant skills and fostering innovation in the rapidly growing domain of electric mobility. This center will provide hands-on training, exposure to industry standards, and opportunities for research and development, empowering students to excel in the field of sustainable technology.
Ci2RE, along with its collaborators, continues to spearhead efforts to bridge the gap between academia and industry, ensuring that students are prepared to contribute to the advancement of sustainable and innovative solutions.
