: App to provide local updates on events, business and city needs
Hanumakonda, April 20, 2026:
Warangal Member of Parliament Dr. Kadiyam Kavya on Monday launched the YourCity100 mobile application at Haritha Kakatiya. The app is designed to provide advance information on city needs, local businesses and upcoming events.
The launch was carried out by pressing a digital button, making the hyperlocal city intelligence app available in 29 cities across India and the United States.
Speaking on the occasion, the MP said the launch reflects Warangal’s progress in the technology sector. She stated that platforms which understand local needs and provide useful information play an important role in city development. She also noted that the creativity and talent of youth reaching global standards and contributing back to their hometown is a positive sign.
She appreciated app founder Avinash Puli and said the idea of giving each city a digital identity is useful and has future potential.
According to the organisers, the app’s “City Pulse Engine” will provide forecasts of activities in the city for the next 30 days. Users can access information related to festivals, examinations, weather conditions and business opportunities.
