Warangal:
A student of Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science (KITS), Warangal, has brought laurels to the institution by securing a high-paying offer from the global financial services company VISA Inc. Sai Charan Kalvacherla, a B.Tech third-year Computer Science Engineering student, received an offer with an impressive ₹35 lakh per annum package, along with an internship stipend of ₹90,000 per month, through the KITS Warangal campus placement drive.
Expressing pride over the achievement, KITS Warangal Chairman Capt. V. Lakshmikantha Rao stated that securing such a prestigious offer at the third-year level reflects the student’s dedication and the institution’s strong focus on skill-oriented education.
Principal Dr. K. Ashoka Reddy noted that Sai Charan’s consistency in learning, regular practice of industry-relevant technologies, and continuous enhancement of technical skills played a key role in achieving this milestone.
Highlighting the importance of continuous learning, Treasurer P. Narayana Reddy said that the student’s emphasis on coding proficiency and communication skills helped him secure a high CTC offer. He also informed that the total number of campus placements at KITS Warangal has crossed 439 in the ongoing academic year 2025–26.
